At Geneva Watch Company, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, including all original documentation, warranty cards, and protective films, back into its luxury presentation box and secure it in a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
